Saint Lucia Prime Minister-designate, Dr Kenny Anthony, declared tomorrow, May 24, 1997, a one-off public holiday to celebrate the St Lucia Labour Party (SLP) victory in today's elections.
It is customary in Saint Lucia for a public holiday to follow the day immediately following a general election.
