The government of Niger has declared tomorrow, Saturday, July 20, 2002, as a one-off non-working public holiday in Niger to enable Muslims nationwide pray for a successful rainy season.
As per the loi n° 97-20 du 20 juin 1997 (23-Jun-1997), Sundays are weekly non-working days in Niger, but Saturdays are usually regular working days.
