The Prime Minister of the Serb-speaking part of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Dragan Mikerevic, has declined to take part in today's Independence Day ceremony in Sarajevo, as more politicians come out in favour of changing the date of the Independence Day public holiday.
After years of bickering (05-Nov-2000), the law on public holidays has yet to be adopted for the whole of Bosnia-Hercegovina.
