Deputy Prime Minster and Social Minister, Lidia Shuleva, has proposed to the Council of Ministers a schedule for 2004 one-off public holidays and working Saturdays.
As per custom (12-Nov-2002, 22-Nov-2001 and 21-Aug-2001), these one-off public holidays will be compensated by declaring Saturdays as working days.
Friday January 2, 2004, will be a bridge public holiday, compensated on Saturday January 10th, and Monday to Wednesday, May 3-5, 2004, will be bridge public holidays, compensated on May 10th and May 17th, 2004.
