The government of Kyrgyzstan has adopted the resolution "On Kurman ayt [Id al-Adha, festival of sacrifice] Day", which declares February 11, 2003, as a non-working public holiday in Kyrgyzstan.
The aforementioned was based on Article 166 of the Labour Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
