The Chief Minister of Pakistan's Province of Sindh, Sardar Ali Muhammad Mahar, has declared a one-off public holiday throughout the Province of Sindh, on March 13, 2004, on the occasion of the first one-day international cricket match between Pakistan and India, being held in Karachi.
