According to a circular issued yesterday by Matar Humaid Al Tayer, UAE's Minister of Labour and Social Affairs, starting on January 31, private sector's companies and establishments in the country will remain closed for three days to mark the Eid-Al Adha public holiday.
Late last week (25-Jan-2004), a 4-day period of public holidays had been declared for the public sector.
