A circular from the Ministry of State for Cabinet Affairs has been released announcing that all ministries and public institutions will remain closed for four days of public sector holidays, from Saturday, January 31, 2004 to Tuesday, February 3, 2004, on account of the upcoming Eid al Adha (Feast of Sacrifice) festival.
A separate announcement, for the private sector, is expected early next week.
