The Iraqi Interim Government has declared January 29-31, 2005, as public holidays throughout Iraq on the occasion of the upcoming elections.
Baghdad's commercial international airport will be closed January 29-30, and international borders will also be closed. Access to the International Zone will be severely limited and possibly denied during the period January 26 through February 1.
