The government of Lithuania has decided to create a 3-day All Saints' public holiday by moving the non-working day of Saturday, October 29, 2005, to Monday, October 31, 2008, so that Lithuanians will be off from Sunday, October 30, to Monday, November 1, 2008, inclusively.
The order is compulsory for all civil service institutions and is recommended to companies and other organisations.
