Paraguay's Central Bank (Banco Central del Paraguay, BCP) has announced that Friday, December 30, 2005, would be a bank holiday corresponding to the end of the year closing of accounts.
The conditions of this end of the year bank holiday are specified by the December 23, 1949, executive decree 9.132 that created it.
