Peru's Huancavelica Department Declares April 28 Annual Public Holiday

The government of Peru's Huancavelica region has declared a new annual public holiday on april 28 to commemorate the restoration of the department.

This will apply to the 7 provinces and 94 districts that make up the Huancavelica region.
