Chile To Introduce New Protestant Public Holiday

(Posted on Friday, November 10, 2006)

Assemblymen of the Democracia Cristiana (DC) party have introduced a law proposal that would establish a special holiday in the honour of evangelical churches.

No tentative dates for that holiday have been set, but as this initiative seems related to the one in Germany (07-Nov-2006), the date of October 31, Reformation Day, is a likely choice.
