Liberia Pressured To Declare Muslim Public Holidays

At yesterday's Friday prayer, Liberia's leading Imam, Mohammed Fofana of Jacob’s Town Mosque, called on the incoming government to consider adding a Muslim public holiday.

Although Mohammed Fofana was preaching at the praying ground in preparation for the celebration of Tabaski, no specific Muslim holiday was mentioned.
