The Chief Minister of Pakistan's Province of Sindh, Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim, has declared Wednesday, March 15, 2006 as a one-off public holiday throughout Sindh province on account of that day's 262nd Annual Urs of Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai.
