In compliance with Presidential Proclamation 1032, Department of Education (DepEd) Regional Director Carolino Mordeno issued a memorandum informing the three schools divisions of the special non-working holidays: there will be no classes in the three cities from Dec. 11 to 15, Mordeno told Sun.Star Cebu yesterday.
The students, however, will have to go back to school after the summit for one more week of classes before they go on Christmas vacation.
