The Russian Government has released RF Government Resolution No. 661, which specifies the official public holidays and bridge holidays in Russia for 2007.
As was the case last year (28-Dec-2005), the aforementioned decree sets forth 2 bridge public holidays in 2007: Monday, April 30 (compensated on the 28th), and Monday, June 11 (compensated on the 9th), therefore resulting in 2 additional long weekends.
The announced base list of public holidays follows the law passed at the end of 2004 with respect to the extended beginning of the year public holidays and days in lieu public holidays (30-Dec-2004).
