The Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers of Sudan has announced that Sunday, July 9, 2006, would be an official public holiday throughout Sudan on the occasion of the celebrations of the signing of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA).
Recall that weekends in most of Sudan are limited to Fridays.
