The council of Ministers is expected to announce, next Tuesday, the officialization, by President Tabaré Vázquez, of June 19, as an additional public holiday, powerfully named Nunca Más (never again) to comemorate the painful 3 past decades of political violence.
Note that June 19 is already an annual public holiday marking the birthday of José Artigas.
