The Council of Ministers of French Polynesia has released the Arrêté n° 2007-212/CM which officially declares the list of French Polynesian public holidays for the calendar year 2007.
The aforementioned decree (Fixant, au titre de l'année 2007, la liste des fêtes légales et des jours fériés applicable aux agents en fonctions dans les services et établissements publics de la Polynésie française) was published in the Journal Official de la Polynésie Française (JOPF n° 8 du 22/02/2007) and it re-confirms (20-Mar-2006) last year's (30-Dec-2005) declaration of January 2 as a paid annual public holiday for territorial government employees throughout French Polynesia.
