Next Friday, December 7, Guam government employees will have the day off in observance of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception Our Lady of Camarin Day, or Santa Marian Kamalen, the patron saint of Guam and the Northern Marianas, whose celebration will occur on Saturday December 8.
