We confirm that the date of Kyrgyzstan's upcoming National Day public holiday is August 31, despite the fact that, earlier today, August 23, Iran's First Vice President, Parviz Davoudi, sent a cable of congratulations to Kyrgyz Premier Almazbek Atambayev to felicitate him and the Kyrgyz people on the country's National Day.
