It has been reported, incorrectly, that Prime Minister Fouad Saniora recently had a decree published making Saturday, March 24, a public holiday for all public administrations and institutions, to celebrate the anniversary of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad.
But in fact, the date should have been Saturday March 31st, as confirmed by The Daily Star (many thanks to Rajaa for her kind assistance).
