The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee confirmed that no reports of sightings of the Zilhajj moon had been received on the 10th, and that therefore the first day of the month of Zilhajj would be December 12 and the Eid al-Adha public holiday on Friday, December 21, 2007.
