Presidential Proclamation No. 1370 of August 29, 2007, has declared Friday, August 31, 2007, the birth anniversary of the late Roman Catholic leader and Archbishop of Manila Jaime L. Cardinal Sin, an annual special non-working holiday in the province of Aklan.
