Russian National Day Of Mourning On March 21

President Vladimir Putin has declared Wednesday, March 21, a national day of mourning following three recent tragedies.

President Putin called for the national flag to be flown at half-mast and on "television and radio companies and cultural institutions to cancel entertainment events and programs," the report says.
