The funeral of former Saint Lucia Prime Minister, Sir John Compton, previously set for September 22, has been advanced to Tuesday, September 18, 2007.
It was also announced that the day will be declared a national public holiday, and as a result, the Public and Private Sector will be closed for business on that day.
