Saudi Arabia Declares 2-Day Arab Summit Public Holiday

A directive was issued by King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz will make Tuesday and Wednesday, March 27 and 28, as a municipal public holiday in Riyadh, on the occasion of the Arab Summit.

Avoidance of traffic jams in Riyadh city during the days of the Arab summit was behind the decision. At that meetings. Arab leaders, will gather to discuss a range of regional issues, including the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and the Iraqi issue.
