(Posted on Friday, April 6, 2007)

Source: Ministry of Work, Health and Social Afairs

On March 29, 2007, as a corollary to the June 2006 separation of Montenegro, the Serbian Government announced that Constitution Day (April 27) will no longer be a public holiday in Serbia, as that date referred to the constitution of the former entity.

From now on, the Constitution Day public holiday will be observed on February 15, formerly the date of Serbia's National Day.
