Spain's Ceuta Enclave Will Grind To A Halt On Monday November 5

Although Monday, November 5, will not be an official public holiday in Ceuta, schools, shops and small businesses will all be closed to commemorate the visit of royals Don Juan Carlos and Doña Sofía.
