Swaziland's Minister of Home Affairs, Prince Gabheni, has officially announced that the public holiday corresponding to the Incwala, would be on Friday, December 28, 2007.
This is as we forecast last week (22-Dec-2007).
As was the case in previous years (04-Jan-2007) most businesses and government services will not be operating on the date of the Incwala public holiday, apart from those considered to be essential services.
