Togo Expected To Declare Day Of Mourning Later This Week

Late on Monday, Togo's President decreed three days of national mourning, following the helicopter crash that killer Togo's Sports Minister, Atipe Kwako, and 18 Togolese nationals who had been attending the African cup of Nations football elimination match.

During this 3-day period, flags will fly at half mast across the country, but no public holiday has been declared.
