Minister of Labour, Dr. Jacqui Quinn- Leandro, announced that next Tuesday, February 19, 2008, would be a one-off-public holiday.
This one-off public holiday is to coincide with the funeral of late Minister of Agriculture and former MP for All Saints East and St. Luke, Charlesworth Theophilus Samuel.
