The Minister of the Interior, Florencio Randazzo, has finally released the text of the draft bill sent to Parliament concerning the amendment of law 23.555 to allow for the moving of the October 12 Día de la Raza public holiday to the next Monday, if it falls on a Saturday or Sunday, making the change permanent for years to come.
