The spokesman for the Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers, Akif Ali, has confirmed that Monday and Tuesday, December 8 and 9, 2008, would be considered non-working public holidays in Azerbaijan due to the upcoming Gurban Bayramy (aka. Eid al-Adha) holiday.
This announcement is in conformity with the decision adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers in 2007, when the calendar of holidays and nonworking days for 2008 was confirmed (19-Dec-2007).
