Cambodia's Prime Minister, Hun Sen, signed today the Royal Government's sub-decree Nº 143, establishing Cambodia's list of official public holidays for 2009.
As per custom (03-Aug-2007), the decree stipulates that "[for] any public holidays which overlap with either Saturday or Sunday, the following Monday will be substituted".
