The government of Gibraltar has gazetted the "Bank and Public Holidays Order, 2008" (LN. 2008/073), which specifies the list of official bank holidays and public holidays in Gibraltar for the calendar year 2009.
The aforementioned Public Holidays Order does not contain any surprises.
It does, however, once again (20-Sep-2007, 10-Nov-2006 and 09-Nov-2006) lists the May Day Bank Holiday on the first Monday of May rather than the traditional Gibraltar date of May 1st.
