The Government of Guam (aka. GovGuam) has confirmed that Guam's public sector employees will have a day in lieu public holiday tomorrow, Monday, November 3, 2008.
This, to compensate the fact that, in 2008, the All Souls' Day public holiday falls on a Sunday.
