The Government announced that it was canceling 3 of the 2008 bridge public holidays that it had decreed in May of last year. The joint-decree cancels the Shared Holiday by Government Decree for an Extended Weekend of February 8 (three days only from today), May 2, and May 19, 2008.
The decree does not cover the private sector, but it is expected to follow the government overall.
