Following last week-end's plane crash in which 65 people died, Kyrgyzstan's President, Kurmanbek Bakiyev, ordered a day of national mourning for Tuesday, August 26.
On that day, flags will fly at half mast on public buildings and shows, theaters and cinemas will close for the day as a mark of respect for the dead, but it will not be a public holiday.
