Kyrgyzstan's Prime Minister, Igor Chudinov, announced that Kyrgyzstan would mark the Kurman Ait public holiday on Monday, December 8, 2008.
The Kurman Ait Muslim holiday is also known as Eid al-Adha in Arabic, or the Feast of Sacrifice in English, or Bakri Id in the Indian sub-continent, or Tobaski in Africa.
