The Libyan Centre for Astronomical Studies has announced that the upcoming public holiday marking the end of the month of Ramadan, would be celebrated in Libya on Tuesday, September 30, 2008.
As is often the case (11-Oct-2007, and 20-Oct-2006), Libya will be one of the first countries to observe the End of Ramadan as a public holiday.
