Macau Public Holidays Legislation Amended

The government of the Macau SAR has gazetted an amendment to the current legislation governing non-working public holidays in Macau.

The aforementioned "Lei n.º 7/2008" which was gazetted in the "Boletim Oficial da Região Administrativa Especial de Macau" (n.º 33, I Série, de 18 de Agosto de 2008) amends the current public holidays legislation (28-Dec-1999) by stipulating, in its Artigo 44.º, the 8 annual non-working public holidays which are compulsory ("feriados obrigatórios").
