The Chief Minister of the Government of the Australian territory of Norfolk Island, Andre Nobbs, has declared the list of 2009 official public holidays in the Norfolk Island.
The 2009 public holidays list, published in the Norfolk Island Government Gazette No. 39 in accordance with section 9 of the Employment Act 1988, includes, in a separate section of the announcement, the Norfolk Island Agricultural Show on October 12, 2009, as was done in the past (06-Jul-2007).
