Turkmenistan's President, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, signed a decree declaring Thursday, October 2, 2008, as the non-working day off public holiday for the upcoming Oraza Bayramy (End of Ramadan).
As was the case last year (12-Oct-2007), Turkmenistan has declared its Oraza Bayramy (End of Ramadan) public holiday one day later than originally announced, and than most of its neighbors.
