Vanuatu's Principal Electoral Officer, Martin Tete, has announced that tomorrow, Tuesday, September 2, 2008, had been declared a one-off national public holiday throughout Vanuatu.
According to the announcement, this was done to encourage people to vote in Vanuatu's national election.
