Argentina Declares 2 Public Holidays For Chilean Elections

The government of Argentina has declared 2 days of public sector holidays, on Friday, December 11, and Monday, December 14, 2009, for all Chilean public servants to participate in their country's elections.

For its part, Chile recently declared a public holiday until 2pm on December 13th to enable all workers in the retail sector to go and vote (03-Dec-2009).
