Azerbaijan's Department Chief of the Ministry of Education, Aydin Ahmedov, announced that Azerbaijan's spring school vacations, originally scheduled for March 16-23, had been rescheduled for March 17-27.
The Novruz public holidays were extended to March 20-28, late last month (27-Feb-2009).
