The BVI Cabinet has approved the official list of public holidays for 2010 in the British Virgin Islands, in accordance with Section 5 of the Public Holidays Act (Cap 199).
Note that, as of today, both the Deputy Governor's Office website and the Government of the British Virgin Islands London Office website, have incorrect information regarding the 2010 Whitmonday public holiday; one omits it altogether, while the other has the wrong date.
