Kyrgyzstan's Central Commission for Elections and Referenda has issued a statement denying that Thursday, July 23, 2009, would be a non-working public holiday in Kyrgyzstan.
Rumours had been rife in recent days that the date of the upcoming Presidential Election would be a non-working public holiday in Kyrgyzstan.
